Ill

Oh dear been ill this week-only sunday and monday but feel a bit bad about two days training lost. Did easy 6.5miles today with Blizz no hills just to get back to it. Hopefully long one tommorrow eve when finally I will get the chance to test out my new hope headtorch.

I have now entered the Three Peaks race in April! I am awaiting the Ben Nevis race entries to open. It is 8 weeks till my first Ultra marathon. I have big plans this year and I hope that it doesn't all come crashing down! Fingers crossed!

My bike is also at the bike shop getting a bit of TLC ready for the next adventure race at the end of the month- we have a reputation to uphold!
