What is next?

So it's holiday time at the moment for me and then I have a few more races coming up. I have High Peak 40 on the 17th September
Rivington Half Marathon 1st October
Nottingham Ultra Marathon 8th October
Round Rotherham 50 Miler 15th October
Helvellyn and Ulswater - 5th/6th November
and then an Adventure race on the 12th November.

So whilst I sit here thinking that I have no races for the next month - I suppose I should be focussing on my training and getting some miles in for the next couple of months.

I thought about doing the McCain trials at Witton Park this morning as it is on my doorstep then decided with heavy legs from last weekend I would be better off going over to the reservoirs in Bolton and doing some miles in the mud with Blizzard and without her for a couple of hours so that is my plan for this afternoon!

I am loving my 9bar kit and being sponsored by 9bar is fab - I have loads of tasty bars to eat and the kit is great - I wear it whenever I race and people are always asking me about it. I am looking forward to doing some canicross races with Blizzy whilst wearing it too. She can wear the cap if she really wants to!
