Can I start again now?

What a time the past few months have been, I have had knee touble on and off and have actually done very little decent Running. I decided not to take part in the Three Peaks Fell Race this weekend as I attempted a road run last week to see how I Would fare on the hard trak and it didn't go well. So I am saving myself for the 40 miler in two weeks time and then hopefully I can continue on my plan for the year!
