Tends for Kids - Joggster lll
After using this buggy for a few months now, I have really
started to put it through its paces. I started using the Tfk Joggster with the
Multi X carry cot when my daughter Juliet was first born. However as an off
road Ultra runner I was desperate for her to be old enough to really start
hitting the trails with me.
When Juliet was six months old I started running with her in the
Joggster. I used the seat adapter cushion to make the seat smaller for her so
that she didn't jiggle about as much. The harness fits brilliantly and adjusts
lots so Juliet is always comfortable irrespective of how many layers she is
wearing.
The rain cover for the buggy is superb and is really beneficial
on windy days too...I have been out in torrential rain and Juliet has always
stayed toasty warm and dry.
The thing that I love most about this buggy is that running is
really natural with it.... You don't have to consider at all where you put your
feet and can run pretty normally. I can also steer the buggy with one hand and
it corners really well too without tipping Juliet out.
I decided that a trip to the Lake District would be a good
opportunity to test the pram on some rough stuff. My willing friend Katey
offered to join me and we decided to run from Whinlatter up to Seat How. The
run started on forest trails and then we went onto some technical single track
as we made our ascent. The pram was great and you can see from the photos the
terrain it handled.

On the climbs it was obviously harder work pushing the pram than
it would be running without it, but the adjustable handle and the suspension on
the buggy made it manageable at a good pace.
The descents were good fun and we took some sharp corners at fast
speeds and baby and buggy were both ok!
This pram can really handle some tough running and makes running
off road trails with the little one a lot of fun.
Huge thank you to TFK for their fantastic product.
