9 bars!

Well the lovely people at 9Bar have come up trumps and sent me a HUGE box of yummy 9 bars to support me (and Blizzard!) through the summer season of racing.

I was so excited when I opened the box and saw all the yummy bars and then even more excited to see the fantastic 9bar team logos ready to go on itmes of kit and clothing! Thank you guys!

I also managed to complete my second Ultra marathon on the 15th May. This was a 33mile course consisting of laps n the Forest of Dean. Debbie was on hand to support me the whole time as was Blizzard!

I didn't quite make the England selection but I was 7th Lady and 4th English runner overall so maybe next year!
