Autumn

It's official - Autumn is here.
Blizzard and I went for a lovely run on Saturday - over by the reservoirs in Bolton. It was around 6 degrees and we had a great run - 45 mins for 5.5 miles including time for swims in the water too.

Then visiting our friends at Chayo to catch up and stock up on dog food!

Sunday was another lovely day - spent walking with Blizz and Phil and then off for a 7 miles off road run with Gretle.

Lovely relaxing weekend - ready for next weeks adventures in Austria!
