Boo!

Well I had to cancel the final ultra of 2011 - seems likely that I have a stress fracture of the fibula head, think it is from going over on my ankle in November, it gets better when I rest it then I walk on it and it comes back, easy answer is don't walk on t, fine in the afternoon when Phil is walking the dog not so easy in the morning when Phil is in bed! ........
