Knee!

Hmm, very frustrated at the moment. My knee is still giving me problems. I did an 8 mile run on wednesday and knee was ok, but a bit painful towards the end. Yesterday we went to Entwistle and after 6 miles it became really painful, this is after all the stretching, massage and eveything else so i am a wee but fed up. Today i did a brisk two hour walk with blizz and my knee became very painful aain despite having it taped up.

So i am sat down again resting and have ordered an itb strap, read everything there is to read about knee pain and ordered some glucosamine i need this to fix!

I am supposed to be doing the final ultra of 2011 next week!
