Well the knee is still playing up a bit but the lovely Jason Pascoe noticed I was having some problems and advised some helpful stretches and rolling the ball again to help fix it and it is really helping.

I took the fluffy one out this evening for a lovely run the weather was vile! Blowing a gale and sleeting, well she ran well and loved it! It was dreafully muddy, a four towel job! My knee got a bit sore at about four miles but as I kept stretching it, it kept improving. It is sore now but only a little, i'll keep stretching and hope it improves as i need to get back into my training!
